Human Trafficking is an ongoing global issue but it also takes place in our own backyard. January is Human Trafficking Awareness month. It is a time to learn more about the issue and reflect on how we can make a difference.
During the 2020 Empathy Gallery at Gannon University, I had the opportunity to learn more about trafficking as it impacts the Erie community and the efforts of the SOAP Project.
